Beginning with version 3.2, BidPro has had the
ability to download bid sheets automatically. To do this, just
click on the "Download" button and BidPro will do the rest.

If you are using an older version of BidPro or if
you choose to download a bid sheet manually, proceed with the
information below:
Bid sheet files are available from the
following source:
Independent Pilots Association
1) Login on the IPA website
Click HERE to connect to the IPA's web site. Login to the
site with your user account and password.
3) Download the bid sheet
Scroll down in the page until you see
the bid sheet files for the base you want.

Click on the desired bid sheet name to begin downloading the file.

NOTE: This screen will vary
depending on your browser and version.
When downloading the file, the
following are IMPORTANT:
1. SAVE the file to disk.
2. DO NOT
rename the file you are downloading
3. Save the file into the
folder, C:\BIDDING

NOTE:
If you have configured BidPro to look for the bid sheet files in an
alternate location, be sure to save the bid sheet data file to that
location.
4) Configure BidPro to use the
bid sheet file.
Start
BidPro. The first screen that appears shows the available bid
sheet profiles and the bid sheets that are available.
It this screen shows either "No Files
Present" or does not show the bid sheet file you just downloaded,
click on the Modify button and check that the profile is configured to
match the bid sheet file you just downloaded.

Configure the crew
information tab to match the bid sheet file you just downloaded.
Then, when you click on Ok, you should see bid sheets for the bid
period you just downloaded (and possibly others):

Highlight the correct bid period, then
click on Open to open the bid sheet.
